Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any relevant field is preferred.

Proficiency in lead generation, market research, and client relationship management.

Expertise in using CRM software to track sales performance and manage client interactions.

Excellent presentation and proposal drafting skills.

Understanding of the industry and market dynamics, with the ability to stay updated on current trends and competitor activities.

Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment, consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas.

Willingness to work from Govt. Cyber Park, Calicut.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
